The Healthy Practice of Daydreaming

Martin Luther King had a dream as he eloquently and powerfully told us in 1963. That dream lives on today. It was an innovative way to approach a problem—to have a dream FOR something, instead of fighting AGAINST the problem. Let’s look at MLK’s dream and the process of dreaming about the problems of our own lives.
